Yes. All coaches hold ASA or STA qualifications and are DBS enhanced checked. Royal Life Saving Society UK training. Documentation available on request.

Yes. Clients range from three-year-olds to adults in their seventies. Complete beginners, nervous swimmers, SEN clients, triathletes, club swimmers and professional athletes.

Always 1:1, or occasionally small groups of up to 3 for family or household bookings. No large group lessons.

Completely. Coaches arrive, teach and leave without fuss. We are accustomed to working within high-profile households and take discretion seriously.

Individual lessons: under 48 hours' notice, 50% charge; under 24 hours, 100% charge. Weekly courses: full refund before the first lesson, 10% admin charge after. Crash courses are non-refundable.

Yes. We have experience with autism, sensory processing, physical disabilities and other needs. The Arkley private pool is particularly well-suited.

Yes, please tell us before your first session. This allows us to match you with the right coach and ensure the session is appropriate and safe.

Debit/credit card, bank transfer, and Direct Debit for returning clients. Full payment required 48 hours before a course. Returned payments incur a £20 admin fee.
